I ordered a battery powered wood cutter/ chainsaw on August 11th through 'Bloomtoshop' ([email protected]), I got an order # but no tracking # .
When I try to trace it the web page is not available.

I also ordered the handheld chainsaw. I ordered two and received 2 chains. How do I get a refund?

Exactly same as above and it appears because they large operators PayPal are not prepared to do anything about it. We all need to attempt to take this further, who knows how many people have been ripped off by these people.

Same story with a twist, ordered the GTA26 chainsaw, got an order confirmation showing that, got an email advising of despatch, then received the hand chain :( several attempts to contact them lead nowhere until I reported it to PayPay. I then had contact from them saying I ordered the hand chain offering me small refund. Funny how my order confirmation says “GTA26 battery powered wood saw”. I replied saying I want item as ordered or FULL refund, got about 4 more emails saying I would have to return at my expense for a refund, saying it could get lost or damaged being returned, they wouldn’t pay until they received it etc etc. each email increased the refund offer but $2. I may have been stupid once but give me a break ! I informed them that I still expect them to supply as ordered or a full refund and I would continue to pursue this through PayPal, I haven’t had an outcome yet.

On the 9th. August I ordered GTA 26 battery-powered wood cutter from Bloomtopshop. order no; 200809072211652. On the 2nd. September from Simpleokshop,I received an email saying my order was on its way, with a tracking number LZ 290719561CN. I checked this out and was informed that it was in Melbourne. On the 8th. October I received a chain on a strap, and have heard or seen nothing since. I would like my money back, as I feel that we have all been scammed.

I am the same as the others...ordered 2 chain saws and got 2 chains! how can I get my money back, surely with all the complaints some one should be able to do something, have emailed them but it didn't send so now I cant complain to them

I have just received today the chain with straps only. I wish I had checked this out before and read these. I paid through Pay Pal so I will check with them and warn them too. Jeanette Depane

Have purchased the chain saw also with a spare blade as most reviews said the chain goes blunt.. this was August and only received a chain in the letter box! What a Scam this is and how many people have been affected! omG.

I too ordered a saw and I got a chain with straps. They took my money quickly but where is my saw? They give an email to respond if there is a problem but it does not work! I did get a tracking number that kept me posted As to where the saw supposedly was and I watched this and got excited because it was on its was. Then at one point I checked the tracking number and it aid it was at the post office. It was just a chain with straps! What a rip off!

Ordered the battery powered saw on August 7, got order number and tracking number, sent several emails asking where my item was, no response. Yesterday received the chainsaw "chain" with straps attached in the mail. No battery powered saw. I really need to know how to get my money back, this is unacceptable.

On September 1st I got an email from 'simpleokshop' ([email protected]) saying my order is on the way with the same order #, but this time with a tracking #, though it's not traceable. The contact given for simpleokshop in the email is [email protected].

Me too, almost same exact situation. Only difference is I received the chainsaw blade with the straps on it yesterday. I want a refund, but I'm sure I'm just screwed.
