Blossom Flower Delivery claims to deliver fresh flowers within 24 hours. Although weather (icy roads & sleet) made it difficult for delivery on the day requested, when the flowers were finally left on the front porch, it was below freezing out, the bouquet was just propped up against a wall & so fell over in the wind/sleet, and the recipient wasn't called to be notified that the delivery had arrived. A few hours later when the front door was opened, the flowers were completely frozen, and turned brown within a couple hours. Blossom's website claims to replace/refund if notified within 24 hours of delivery. I notified them via phone AND email. I even talked to the florist that delivered the flowers - he said the company never gave him the recipient's phone number (I have 2 separate emails and 2 separate texts I sent Blossom, to ensure they did have the information). Blossom customer service sent me a string of 'we're so sorry' emails, asked for pictures which were promptly sent, claimed they didn't receive the pictures (I have the original email showing they were) when I called to follow up, so I resent them. They said they'd replace the flowers and call me back. They never called me back, didn't return emails I sent to their "support" asking the status. The recipient never received another bouquet. When I was finally able to reach someone (everyone I've spoken with has been in the Philippines), they said it wasn't their fault the flowers were frozen, that the florist didn't have the recipient's phone number, and that I hadn't contacted them soon enough. When I look online on FB/Insta there are a slew of angry customers with the same experience - this business is completely unethical and needs to be closed down. Within a couple days after making the purchase on a credit card I rarely use, strange charges started showing up on the card and I canceled it.
