Company kept saying they where going to deliver flower for 2 days straight product never came. I am waiting on a refunding and reported them to my bank. Customer service hung up on me two times. Was not aware that funds where paid in American no clear notification. Customer service kept giving me the run around wouldn't give clear what was going to happen next.

I ordered a flower arrangement as sympathy for a death in the family. The next day, the company contacted me

saying they could not deliver the flowers as their stock was low. I cancelled the order and they said they had

already charged my account but would issue a full refund within 3-5 business days.

I have been checking my account and the refund was never issued. I called the company twice. Both times they

told me they issued a refund on Oct. 20th, 2021. I called my bank as I could not see a refund that had ever

processed. They confirmed that there had been no attempt from the company to refund me.

These guys are a complete scam! They will steal your money and never refund it. I have no idea how they are still in business. I am furious.
