Ordered flowers online to be delivered to my mom on 04/16. I paid for expedited shipping for them to be delivered on 04/18. I received an email saying my order was delayed & will be delivered on 04/19. On 04/19 I received another email saying the company could not fulfill my order because they did not have enough of the orange flowers I ordered, and told me to call them to approve a replacement order. I called them, expressed that I did not want a replacement item I just want to cancel the order, and requested a refund because they could not fulfill my order. The man I spoke with on the phone said he will process my refund. Five minutes later he called me back and said he could not process my refund because my order was out for delivery. I explained to him that I never received an email notifying me that my order was out for delivery, however I did receive an email that my order could not be fulfilled. He then stated that if there was a discrepancy with the delivery then I would have to call back and he would process my refund. I received an email that my order was delivered, but the flowers never arrived. I called the company again on 04/19 to explain that the flowers did not arrive. The man said to give them 24 hours to do an investigation with the delivery team. I did not hear from them after 96 hours so I called back on 04/25 for an update on my refund. I spoke with a different person who was unaware of my complaints from 04/19. She said to give them 24 hours to investigate the delivery team, which was the same thing I was told on 04/19. I’ve been getting the run around from this company for a week and they don’t have a physical address on their company website.
