I manage an apartment complex in Syracuse, NY. Our property is listed on their website under our street address - 908 Harrison St - but they do not include the name of our complex - Skyler Commons. We were not aware this listing was on the website until someone contacted us. They have incorrect information in their description for our apartment. I called them pretending to be interested in the rental. They said they had a partnership with the property owner - obviously they do not - and they said the pricing for a 2 bedroom - we only have studios. Among other incorrect information like the rental rate, when I asked do I pay rent directly to the property owner they said "No you pay it to us." I do not want anyone to book a stay through their website and give us a bad review because they think we scammed them!
