This company has received my money from the SBA, they have had me in a pending status for 2 weeks, they lie & say it's still processing, one lady told me it has been funded to me, but I haven't gotten no money, nor signed documents for them to forward it to me. They won't answer the questions, they give us a app telephone number, you can't speak to anyone, they are receiving people's money & not giving it to them. I already have a economic disaster loan with the SBA, so therefore I'm going to know what is going on with any money thats from the government. Also now all of a sudden, someone keep trying to login into my SBA account online. This company needs to be stopped & quickly. The reviews speaks for itself. On facebook, Google, Instagram, everywhere. I didn't know this, until after the fact.

Applied for Ppp loan. It had taken them almost 3 months and still do not have it. my application is done and all e docs are signed and no money. It has taken so long I can not get a second loan because the money ran out. Awful

I was offered a PpP loan from this business and told I got approved... I signed my documents and received an email that my money would be direct deposited in my account by Friday May 7th 2021... I called to check on the status..,they told me I’ve been approved for the loan but they’re “overwhelmed “and would get back with me soon.... they have blocked the email that I was chatting with and when you do the live chat, they seem like they’re in a hurry to end the chat and aren’t very helpful. I fount out this business IS NOT ScamPulse.com ACCREDITED. I look at reviews and everyone said this Business is a SCAM and takes your information!!!!!

Blue acorn ppp loans is taking peoples bank info and not giving the customer the loans after the loan is approved they are saying the bank don’t accept the loan and they have no contact info. The phone number is first financial banks number and the text site says info is unavailable

BlueAcorn isn’t responding to all these people who have submitted PPP applications. They say there’s an error on an application but when you log in online it says SBA processing. They won’t give you ANY information about your application process or anything & it’s holding it up for funding for business. It’s very frustrating & May be even fraud! I’m getting fed up!

Spent days filling out the ppp loan. They have no phone customer service and the customer service they provide is inept and deceptive.

I think this is a scam to steal your bank account and tax information.

I was contacted by two different parties who was supposed to be friends and told I could get a loan. I gave these people a copy of my driver license and bank statement. After weeks of giving me the run around, I never received any funds. I was told I was at the approval stage and were sent DocuSign forms to sign saying in a few days the funds would be in my account. I got a call saying my funds were supposed to be in my account on my end but nothing was there. I was told they had so many clients and to give it some time to drop into my account. I got another email which usually come during the morning hours that my driver was blurred and take and send another copy of front and back. Because so many people had received the loan within one family, I felt it was legitimate only to see that the application no longer says approved but given another statement that the funds are running low. After I google to see if anyone else posted the same problem, I read where others had been done the same way. Individuals who live in Atlanta, Ga are using local people in Columbus, Ga whose names are given by their relatives to apply for these loans and retrieve personal identity information and then they split the money. I was approached by Willene Jackson and Kevin Culbreath and now I have found myself a victim of scammers right beneath my nose. But hopefully law officials will be able to use IP address as to where the information was sent and routed. They need to be held accountable for treating me and others like this. I kept all my emails in case something can be done about this and in case they actually stole my money. I believe that Jackson daughter and niece are the culprit to doing these scams out of Atlanta, Ga.

I applied for ppp loan and have not received it. I signed docusign docs and still have not received my ppp loan money. I tried emailing blueacorn and i keep getting email back saying my email is undeliverable. I cant get in contact with them at all. And i feel scammed because they have all my personal info and i cant even contact them or get a response from anyone. They are doing fraud and scamming people.

BlueAcorn is likely operating a PPP Loan claiming they can provide loan and forgiveable loans if you meet the criteria. No one should provide their SSN or Tax Form at this point. I applied for a PPP loan with Blue Acorn on 04/19/2021. Their website say's 10-14 days from the time of the application being submitted to receiving the funds in your account. They break it down as follows; 1) Processing 1-3 Days after app submitted, 2) SBA Approval 3-5 Days after app submitted, 3) SBA Approval 5-7 Days after app submitted 4)Sign Docusign Docs 7-10 Days after app submitted and step 5) Funds Transferred to Your Account 10-14 Days after app submitted. I understand completely that things can take longer than expected, which I am okay with. That being said, today is May 5th, 2021 and I haven't received a single update and my application shows it is still in the 1st stage. On 04/23/21 I submitted a "Support Ticket" asking for an update. I received an auto response that said:

"Your support ticket is very important to us! We are experiencing high ticket volumes. We will be in touch with you concerning your ticket within 48 hours." 48 hours came and went, never heard from them. On 4/26/21 I spoke with someone via live chat. I asked for an update and this was their response "I’m sorry, but due to SBA regulations, we are not allowed to give out sensitive loan details and status via chat (an un-secure channel). But you can go to https://blueacorn.co/support/ and they will take care of all your questions. I’m sorry for the inconvenience'.

I took their advice and sent another request to support. This was their response:

"Your support ticket is very important to us! We are experiencing high ticket volumes. We will be in touch with you concerning your ticket within 48 hours."

48 hours came and went, again. On 04/29/21 I submitted another support request and surprisingly received a real reply that said:

"Thank you for reaching out! I see in your file that your loan is pending SBA approval. The SBA is experiencing an extreme backlog of loan applications at this time, hence the delay. Your loan has not yet been approved or denied. If you would prefer to withdraw your loan request at this time, please enter a ticket at blueacorn.co/support under the withdraw category. Thank you for checking in!"

This response concerned me even more. According to their website my loan has not been sent to the SBA and this individual said it's pending with SBA. Furthermore, I've sent my personal information to them including my tax documentation. I found it strange that they would give me an option to withdraw my application.

Today, (05/04/21) I checked my status on their website which still shows it to be in stage 1. I also started a live chat session which nobody ever responded to. I started a 2nd live chat session shortly after. This time I threatened legal action and a report to the BBB. Within a minute someone responded. Below is our conversation:

Date & Time: May 4, 2021

ME: My loan has been in the first stage "Process and Underwriting" since 04/19/2021. I have submitted multiple requests for an update and information regarding my loan. If I don't receive the information I've requested within 1 hour I will file a complaint with the ScamPulse.com notifying them that Blue Acorn is a fraudulent company. After I report this company to the ScamPulse.com I will take legal action and begin notifying news outlets of Blue Acorns scam.

BA: hello may I have your email please

ME: *******@gmail.com

BA: I see the app everything looks ok

BA: we are really backed up and we will need to wait at this point

ME: Everything is not okay. It is still in stage 1. I should have had the funds deposited by now. I want answers. I have been waiting long enough. Why is it still in the first stage?

BA: its being reviewed

ME: As we speak I am filling out my complaint with the BBB. I submitted personal information including tax documents to you guys.......It's been in review for more than 2 weeks.

ME: Blue Acorn has my personal information, refuses to give me updates, continues to tell me to wait and has lied about the process. As I said before if I don't receive the answers I'm entitled to right now, I will be taking legal action. What is a phone number for the person in charge? What is my SBA application #?

BA: your application # come with your docusign

ME: I should have had those documents over a week ago. Send me my SBA application number and my Docusign documents. Are you refusing to send me my SBA application number?

BA: No we dont have the loan number

ME: Are you refusing to provide me with a phone contact and are you refusing to put me in touch with a supervisor?

BA: we dont have a loan number due to the fact that sba gives out the loan number and once you receive the docusign it will be there

ME: Why hasn't my loan application been sent to the SBA? And, why are you refusing to provide me with a phone number to put me in touch with a supervisor?

No response after that.

5/6/21 I had another live chat. See below:

ME You guy's need to stop doing this. People are relying, deserving and need their PPP money. You are getting peoples information, misleading them and giving them false hope. It' very wrong what you're doing. There are so many reviews of you guys doing to people what you've done to me and it needs to stop.

Please DO NOT USE Blue Acorn. I sent all of my personal information to them and I don't know how it's being used or what it's being used for. I just know it's been almost 3 weeks and my application status has not changed and I've received different answers over that time. I've been very patient and hoped for the best. If I wait longer to file a complaint on them it's just more people that will fall victim to Blue Acorn. Do your research and use someone else.

I applied for a PPP loan April 1st. Got approved and signed documents on April 8th. Still have not received funds and it's been over 2 weeks since I signed them. Was told it would take 10 business days. I tried to contact them and the website does not work now, I can not get in contact with a live person. Only getting automated responses. They take all ur info and you get no answers. Now they have my bank info, social security number, and everything. This is so wrong. These people that actually need the help are getting scammed and screwed over again! So sad! I dnt know what else I can do at this point. But these people need to be arrested. I got a loan number and everything still haven't seen any funds. People be careful!

This company is a fraud. They advertise as a PPP loan facilitator with the SBA. They are 100% fake and steal your bank information and personal information and sell it to third parties who then try to steal you money out of your bank account and so Identify theft. The Government needs to step in immediately and shut them down an indict them. The worst thing any company could is to fake that they are associated with the PPP stimulus. They string you along and then when you finally don't hear from them anymore and try to contact them back all their emails are non deliverable. They have no phone number. I hope an immediate investigation is done to protect businesses nationwide.

This loan place seemed official but there is no it’s fraudulent and my sensitive information given for PPP loan stolen!!!

According to the website WHOIS.com, the company's information is registered as Private, out of the Cayman Islands and was registered on April 8, 2020 and expires April 8, 2022.

blueacorn has sent me email notifications and texts stating that I have been approved for a PPP loan under various names that are not mine. Three possible explanations for this - 1) blueacorn is a scam; 2) blueacorn is using shady practices to lure business or 2) blueacorn is being used to commit fraud. The communications include links to complete the loan process. I have not remotely engaged with any loan application process during the COVID pandemic. I do not have any reason to.

The latest example email:

"Congratulations! Your Loan has been SBA Approved!

We just heard back from the SBA and it looks like your application has been approved!

SBA Loan Number: #**********

They said everything looks good, and sent it back to us to start the closing process.

Right now we're generating the necessary documents that you will need to sign to have the funds transferred.

We usually send these within 1-2 business days of receiving SBA approval.

You will receive them in a DocuSign format, which allows you to easily view and sign them on your phone or laptop.

If you don't receive those within 2 days, please reach out to our support team at [email protected], and we'll be happy to help.

I was solicited via advertising on the interstate to complete a PPP loan through them. in filing an application for a PPP Loan that they told me I was eligible for, I provided sensitive information and want to file a complaint.

There has been ZERO contact from them in the last month, they do no have a phone customer service and they do not answer emails

This is a scam and its a national level scam

I was referred to this company by a good business friend to apply for a ppp loan, since my business has suffered due to the pandemic, I applied on 4/2, I was approved by SBA with a active loan number on 4/6. Since then I have verified my information twice, I have tried contacting blue acorn several times, nobody can assist me, they lie and give misleading information. I’m very upset that I provided this company with all of my personal information. I’m also worried because this company has all of my personal information and I don’t know what is going on with my personal information.

Company claims to process pay check protection application. The are pretending to be a federal agency or in compliance with. They collected all my personal information and then claimed there was an issue with my bank and they needed me to provide them with other banking information. Now I worried about applying for ppp elsewhere as I don’t want it to look as though I’m trying to steal money but I could use the loan now.

Wants you to provide personal information to gather and use. Ask for social and tax EINumber but then does not provide the services that it advertises it will provide.
