Blue Atlantic was suppose to deliver a puppy to me on Thursday 03/07, they asked for a deposit for a special crate du to increment weather in Minnesota, $690, and an additional $750 for insurance, they told me due to the amount to be refunded to me they would be delivering the puppy the next day. The following day they asked for $500 for vaccines. Even though the puppy has already been vaccinated. I told them I did not have the money because they currently have all of my money. I have filed another report against the breeding company I went through as well. Puppy has still not been delivered and they have threatened me with puppy abandonment.
