Omg, this happen to me as well, I order my shoes bck in March and I waited 4-6 weeks and never received my email confirmation or nothing. I have tried to reach out to her the same way and no response. I had to go buy more shoes to wear for my wedding. She need to be taken down because she is stealing people money ,

Blue Creations LLC (known as Blue Creations 101 on social media) is a SCAM! Customized Bridal Shoes were ordered for a wedding that takes place in less than a week, with a receipt/order confirmation sent to my email address indicating an order status would be provided within 6-8 weeks letting me know when the customized shoes for my wedding date would be shipped. Not only has it been more than 8wks, I've tried reaching out to the company's website-contact us section (which is only a chat now option and no telephone number or customer service details), through their social media dm (InstaGram) as well as through the personal email address provided on the order confirmation ([email protected]) but to no prevail, no one has responded and their IG page was recently updated to reflect: CUSTOMER SERVICE CLOSED DO NOT DM REGARDING ORDER STATUS! This is not only unacceptable but its unprofessional, which caused me to contact the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint against the business. However the BBB.com has no records of this company existing and stated the website itself is feeding off a server based out of Japan with no contact details such as an address or telephone number and has only been up for 3 months, causing them to believe this is definitely a scam.

Omg, this happen to me from her , my wedding was 9-4-22 but I order my shoes in March. She have not responded bck to me, but the crazy thing is I order the bling stuff fm her and it came. She is located in South Carolina and she have a fb page. Since my wedding is gone, I’m going to put her on blast on all the social media. So we both out of our money and shoes.
