I ordered on Dec 14. Was sent tracking #, but not listed with tracking company. I have not received my purchase which was 59.99. They are not responding to emails. This company was listed with Amazon.

Does not have 24/7 support or 100% garauntee of product satisfaction as advertised on website. Product not as advertised & I attempted refund via email as no other contact info & package came with no receipt or return instructions. Can only email & response time over 24h to get response of copy of return policy. All criteria met for refund. No response back again over 48h. No other way to contact company. No info on company anywhere on internet other than their site which now appears to be scam. Appears they are 3rd party distributor & do NOT honor anything even though claim to on website.DO NOT order from them unless absolutely sure product you will keep!

On August 19th, so nearly a month ago, I placed a small order from "Blue Gear." according to their shipping policies clearly specified on their site, it should've been mailed and delivered a long time ago. They also claim on their site to respond to emails within a day or two. I've sent multiple messages asking to please just refund my measly 14.99 and have heard zero response. Do not order from bluegear.co unless you want to just flush your money down the toilette.
