Searching websites to purchase French bulldog puppy. Found Blue Heaven Mini Frenchies website, contacted the number listed on the website (443)308-3203. Actual spoke with a gentlemen calling himself Henry over the phone on multiple occasions. Henry requested the full amount of the puppy be paid up front to receive a contract to purchase and remove puppy from website. I did not agree that so he offered to let me put down a deposit of $300.00 using google pay to place a hold on the puppy until my husband could get to Maryland and pick the puppy up. Henry forwarded me his address of 398 Princeton Ave., Salisbury MD 21804. I googled maps the address and it was 6 hours away so I made arrangements fro my husband to go on Jan. 20 to pickup the puppy at 11:00. Once this was agreed upon Henry forwarded me a link to google pay using his email of [email protected]. I set the google pay account up and forwarded Henry $300.00. Once he had verified the money was in his account he text me back saying he would forward the sales contract and deposit receipt first thing on Tuesday morning (1-14-2020) as it was late and he did not have the documents in front of him. I waited until 10:55 Tuesday morning (1-14-2020) and I had heard nothing from Henry so I text him, he responded that he was at the doctors office and would get back with me in 2 hours. I never heard anything at 3:49 I text him back he responded at 4:10 ( I will send as soon as I get home from work). My husband starting calling and texting him at this point. I started looking on line and found the information stating the Blue Heaven mini Frenchies website was a scam, I found this information on PetScam.com. I forwarded a picture of the message on Pet Scam to Henry and immediately the communication stopped. I have heard nothing fro him since 4:21 on Tuesday (January 14). I have reported fraud to my bank and completed a fraud case with google pay. I have also contacted my local sheriffs department and was advised to complete a case with the Dept. of Justice I have completed this. I recently found out this young mans name is *** ***  he lives at *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***. This name was never shared with me, he used the name Henry.
