My husband and I received a phone call offering to possibly purchase our timeshare. Mr. Lehrman asked to send us an offer. We told him to do that. A few days later, we received an offer of $87,000. This offer seemed too good to be true so we chose to research BlueLight Realty Management Group. After several phone calls and Google searches, we determined that there is no such company at the address that he provided on the offer letter (my husband spoke with someone that works in the same building). When Mr. Lehrman called us to follow up and my husband asked about this, Mr. Lehrman hung up. I have attached a copy of his letter of intent.
