Well I am getting the samthing...I paid $400 thru zelle and of.course they're no help at.all. then he asked for me to get gift cards and email the pics to.him...I got an American express prepaid card sent pics...he is insisting I go back and get gift card.! I have yet to see anything on his part on getting the kittens to me...website doesn't even have them on hold...
I'm going to the bank to show the scam! And seeing what I can do about prepaid card.

Ragdoll kitten scam! They just scammed me out of $770! They say $700 for the kitten and $70 to fly them anywhere in the US. They also ask for another $50 if you want the kitty home delivered. They are super responsive until you pay, then they ghost you! They had me pay them through Zelle. Don’t do it! They are a scam scam scam!

I contacted them to purchase a ragdoll kitten and the response was very quick. $700 for the kitten, shipping would be $70 and if I wanted it delivered to my house, another $50. Payment through Zelle with his username of Hamed Akin; Zelle email [email protected]. Thank goodness I was having trouble with Zelle and couldn't send the $820 right away. He offered to let me pay $500 and the remainder when I received the kitten. I was surprised and his willingness to do this. No bells went off. Through Zelle I could only pay $250 since I was a first time user. I told him I could send $250 one day, which I did, and $250 the next. Then he said for me to go to the store and purchase the full fee in American Express gift cards, take a picture of the front and back and email them to him. I said no, that I will continue with the purchase through the original payment method. He go belligerent and asked why I don't get the gift cards as requested. This is when I became suspicious. I asked for the mailing address so I could send the cards and asked for a phone number. Never received that information. I said I will not email gift card information and if I don't receive an address that I expect a full refund or I will report him to BBB. I even made this request through Zelle also. Have received no reply except OK. I also found out his is doing this through many emails and websites; i.e. Seal Point Ragdolls out of Fairfax VA; sealpointragdolls @gmail.com. I'm sure there are others. I consider myself lucky my loss is only $250. I see where others lost quite a bit more.
