I tried the Bluepearl Portuguese web site and the descriptions below are totally accurate. This is quite an elaborate scheme they have going on. The number listed of 910-505-0922 will connect you with the scammer directly. They do in fact want you to send $$ via a cash card like Pay Pal or Zelle. They do in fact operate a fake web site called Premium Pet Logistics number 336-345-2008, however they are most likely burner phones. Don't throw away your money on this site!

Their shell company (Premium Pet Logistics) is a non-existent shipping company that is part of this same terrible group. The IP address pings to an overseas location so don’t be fooled! This site www.bluepearpwds.com uses people’s personal email addresses so don’t email them or send them your email address. They use your email address to transfer funds to a gift card so the fraud transaction is not traceable. This is a classic Foreign puppy scam (Nigeria). Do not use them. Also they claim to shop your puppy through PPLogistics.com which is also part of the scam.

Yes I agree with comments above. When you call you hear a distant person with a string Nigerian accent. Anything related to Blue Pearl; Blue Valley etc are total scam. Total scam! They are Nigerian based and use burner phones to make it look like they are calling from North Carolina. They use a fake address on Jennings street in Charlotte. They only use cash ap like pay pal/ Zelle to transfer money. There are no puppies! Even their shipping company is a scam. Once you pay they tell you they need more money for insurance. SCAM ALERT ?

We wanted to get a dog for our daughter and saw this website selling Portuguese Water Dogs for $700. After sending a form asking for more info we received an email where they explained “who they are”, a family owned breeder not looking for profit but for a loving home for their let’s etc.. We were promised that after paying ($150 more for shipping) they will ship the dog the airport for us to pick him up. We totally paid $850. Then we received another email from premiumpetlogistics.com (another scam) with tracking number but not flight number or airline information.

We paid via Zelle, they also have PayPal.

I was looking for PWDs, and found the website. I looked at the "available" puppies, and fell for one named Daisy. I emailed "Eric" to express my interest and learn more. I was asked to answer several questions so he could determine if I would be a good fit. He also gave me quite a back story of how he started breeding PWDs. I guess I "passed" his questioning, he said he would allow me to take Daisy. I told him I would pay him part on Monday and part on Saturday. He said to let him know when I was ready and he would give me his Zelle info. I started losing my peace about the deal and looked up AKC, which suggested looking up the breeders local BBB. This is where I found scam tracker, just before I was going to send money to this character.

They told me that due to COVID i cannot see the puppy before i buy it and they were not willing to do FaceTime because they don’t want their face on the internet. They send me a picture of the puppy which you cannot see the puppy with my name on it and a video of the puppy. They want me to use zelle cash app. They also sent me a weird health certificate.

This is a website that sell Portuguese Water Dogs. They are located in Aberdeen, North Carolina. After finding a puppy we liked on the website, we emailed them for more details. The price was mentioned as well as associated shipping costs. Once shipping was arranged we received an email from the shipper that required us to purchase pet insurance and COVID waiver documentation in the amount of $950 with the guarantee to receive money back less fees (95%). Once the dog shipped we were told that it made it to Kentucky on its way to Las Vegas, but due to bad weather it would be held. In the same email they said they required an additional $1580 for rabies vaccinations and certification. Called the seller and they said they had rabies vaccinations but no certificate so we would have to pay the fee, but again it would be fully refunded. The only form of payment provided for this transaction was Bitcoin, so we knew from there we were being scammed. Once we called the seller to tell them that we were on to them, they never answered the phone. We called the shipper to get a refund for the money we paid them, but again we never got through again. Don’t trust this seller as it is a scam

I had the same experience! Only I spoke to Eric Cory; Cory Broadman and I learned that they use fake names and use Burner Phones that look like the calls are coming from North Carolina, but they are in NIGERIA. I lost $850 including $150 for shipping at the fake shipping company, Premium Pet Logistics. They have various complaints listed on government complaint site at www.c2.gov so Federal Trade commission is investigating.
