Sell low price “refurbished” phones, tablets, Ipads that are malfunctioning. When people take electronic back the promise to repair and have it back to them in a few days. However, items are either returned without original hardware and/or not returned at all with the claim that “owner” is workimg on issue. However owner has gone months without resolving issue and/or returning phone calls and/or emails.
