Days/hours for Full-Time: 35-40 Hours per week. Monday Through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
We also offer part-time shifts, hours will be scheduled according to your availability. (15-20 Hours weekly)

Full-Time Weekly Salary: $1600.00
Part-Time Weekly Salary: $900.00

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Collecting and digitizing data such as invoices, canceled bills, client information, and financial statements.
Maintaining a detailed and organized storage system to ensure data entries are complete and accurate.
Keeping a record of hard copy data such as invoices, inventory checklists, and other financial documents.
Establishing data entry standards by continually updating filing systems to improve data quality.
Addressing data inconsistencies by working with administrative staff to locate missing data.
Attending to data queries and reporting any major data errors to management.
Adhering to best data management practices and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.

Received this email from someone who claims to be Steve Hoye of Blue River Analytics. I can’t find anything showing that I have ever applied to this company. It appears to be another fake assistant job working from home.

Congratulations, your experience is satisfactory and impressive. I have decided to consider you among the final applicants and finally you have been picked has the best candidate as my Office Assistant to carry out some activities on my behalf, organize travel arrangements, manage supply inventory, and perform data entry as required. I'm looking for someone that can be trusted and reliable to work effectively with good understanding and I believe you possess those qualities.
