Elder Abuse Harassment & Intimidation

No you're not reading the intro for the newest crime show, your hearing live, 1st hand experience of the inexcusable abuse my Hospice Ridden mother is experiencing currently.

Blue Sky Property ATTEMPTED to purchase our 4 family home during a probate hearing. Their pns was illegal as they attempted to sneak in a separately deeded lot with the sale of the home. Their Bid was the lowest offer and has since long expired, however their threats, harassment and intimidation continue on with full force.
They have attempted to charge the estate 25 thousand dollars for doing Absolutely nothing! They never listed or advertised, the did not locate a buyer, I DID. They did nothing but scare my mother, bang on her doors with force AND appear in her 2nd floor windows with drones.
They were notified IN WRITING NOT TO APPEAR AT THE PROPERTY today, this was clear communication between our lawyers and the estate lawyer and they arrived anyways.
I have physical been assaulted by JJ while attempting to protect my mother.
Blue sky is just another failed offer with an expired pns... I am contacting the AG's office, Better Business Bureau and ALL NEWS outlets that will hear it!

This real estate company is operating a scam. Charging $25 per app is fair but they tell you that only applies to one property. So if you qualify and have perfect credit and excellent income it means nothing. They want to charge you again to apply for each residence that is “supposedly” available. Yet they are filling apartments and leaving them posted and accepting apps for them when they know it’s already been rented. They are knowingly frauding the public by pretending properties are available when in fact they are not. On top of this when you try to get info or ask about your application they become rude and obvious and tell you it takes 14 business days to run a credit check. Please do not ever use this company. It’s purely a donation to then when you pay to apply.
