Bluecutecloud.com, www.pursuit.com, Beaqequeen Co., Ltd CHINESE THAT SELL DEFECTIVE ITEMS!
I ended up filing a claim with my Credit Card company. I explained to my CC that there was NO WAY I was going to pay for shipping to China and wait until they received the package to refund me! I told the CC that what guarantee did I have that Beaqequeen would admit they received the package? After going a couple of rounds with my CC company, my CC company offered me a $100 voucher (the total I paid for the flashlight was $107.99, and I still had the flashlight that worked but was defective). I took the money from my CC. Beaqequeen got off the hook. BUT, I will be researching the tax codes to prove that Beaqequeen is collecting sales tax fraudulently and will pursue them from that angle!
Here is our conversation via email ([email protected]):
ME:
Concerning item #so1391343-p90 purchased through a Facebook advertisement on November 9, 2022, and just received it this week, I am not satisfied with this purchase. The "side" LED light does not work.
Please offer a resolution to this issue.
Thank you.
THEM:
We're so sorry about this.
Could you please send us a video (less than 20MB please) to show the problem?
We will provide you with the best solution upon our colleague confirm the issue.
ME:
The side light doesn't light up. Also, there were no instructions included to learn how to operate it. (I attached a video of the defect).
ME (again - 4 DAYS later):
Please respond to my last email with the video that you requested from me.
THEM:
As our warehouse checked, your product has no quality issue.
With some simple procedures, it can work as normal.
Sorry for the inconvenience it has brought to you.
ME:
I'm afraid that your answer is insufficient. The side light does not work and you gave me a vague answer and NO instructions on how to operate the product.
As well, you charged me almost $19 for "sales tax". This product was sent directly from China, according to the label. For what state was the sales tax collected? A 19% sales tax is not charged by any state in the USA.
I will be filing a claim with my credit card company for a defective item and for sales tax fraud.
THEM:
Thanks for your reply. As our warehouse checked, the product we sent to you is correct indeed.
If you would like to return, the shipping fee may be very expensive to you.
So how about we refund you 9USD as compensation and you keep the products?
ME:
No, I will be filing a claim on my credit card since the flashlight does not work properly.
I will also be reporting you to the FTC for collecting "sales tax".
THEM:
We feel so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
The relevant departments double confirmed that the products had sent to you are correct.
In this case, you need to return the products to our warehouse in China for a refund.
But if you return them, the shipping fee may be expensive to you.
Can we increase the compensation to 18USD?
ME:
Regardless of what your relevant departments say, the side light does not work.
Based on that, and your refusal to replace it or send me a refund and a return label, I will proceed with the credit card claim.
Don’t waste your money. Garbage product. Won’t refund.
Defective and damaged product: refused return/refund
Avoid at all costs
Sent an item 4” too small when challenged they initially refused to acknowledge mistake or to return claiming a loss to them. I spent £28 they offered £3 refund. They said their warehouse confirmed the sizes were correct. Took it to Paypal claim who offered full refund if I return (at my own cost) currently arguing that they should cover return postage as they sent wrong size. Not getting anywhere so would recomend you avoid company (I know sizes are smaller so I ordered two sizes bigger (38) than I am 36)yet received item that was already 2in smaller (32)than I am so doomed from the start.

I received several emails, claiming to be shipping updates, but it quickly became apparent that the item was not progressing and I had been scammed.
The delivery company are called 24servicevip. Looking online, I can see that many other people have had issues with this delivery service.
I checked Paypal and the name of the websites attached to the company I purchased from are: bluecutecloud.com and Beaqequeen Co, Ltd and pursuitsun.com
I checked the company names, and many have been set up recently, with U.K addresses but Chinese names. Looking at the address of one company on Google maps, it is just an ordinary house, which I assume means it's a fake address and company.
