Contacted seller about scuba gear listed on Facebook. He asked me to pay shipping, and send money through Zelle. It's a lot of gear so I expected shipping is not cheap. He used a fairly advanced facebook profile, and the shipping company website is also advanced, but looking closer there are red flags. Used Facebook profile Steven Bowel https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100091921772849 I received a confirmation email from the shipping company with tracking information. The next day, I received an email telling me the package was being held and I needed to pay $175 refundable insurance to have the package delivered.
