I purchased a Columbus Blue Jackets jersey with the name and number of a specific hockey player. I placed the order on November 30th with my debit card and waited for any shipping updates to be sent. After I received no updates for over two weeks, I reached out via email to the company inquiring about my status. I received an email response within 24 hours about how the warehouse personnel will be contacted to see what the issue is. However, there was no follow up sent about this afterward. I emailed again, and received the exact same automated response about the warehouse personnel being contacted. It was now 3 weeks since my original order and I finally asked for a refund via email. The customer service agent responded with a similar automated response as before but this time it was about reaching out to the financial department. I then received another email about how I would receive a notification about my item being shipped. There was clearly a miscommunication within their company that caused this issue and I plan to contact my bank to dispute the original charges.

Another member of my family purchased a similar item from this store and is now receiving the same treatment that I experienced with misleading email communications and no definitive answers. His order was also placed 3 weeks ago and he has received no definitive responses.
