I ordered an Amazon Fire TV Stick 4 K with all new Alexa voice for $30.99. I received an email back showing that my order went thru with an order number and my correct shipping address. Another email confirmation from PayPal showing that my order # ***** went thru with a tracking # from a seller name Fletcherwood3677486. I never received my item. I try contacting the phone number provided on their website Bluesianas.com it doesn't work. I try emailing back thru replying to their email and it came undelivered. I try their "contact me" on the website it doesn't work either. When I contacted PayPal I was told VIA EMAIL that the vendor claim it was delivered and the case was closed. When I contacted UPS with a tracking number, I got a reply that it was delivered but the name and address didn't match mine. I am left with nowhere to turn. I googled the company and found exactly the same complain numerous times. So I came to the conclusion that this is a scam, a phony company that is set up only to rip off innocent people.

I placed this order on May 10th on a website called https://bluesianas.com. The order was for an "Amazon Firestick 4K". I received an order confirmation as shown in attached image. The order number given was *****. I contacted them via email various times requesting tracking number and delivery status. I never got a response. Finally today I went to open a dispute on PayPal. When I looked at the PayPal entry it showed a tracking number which says the item was delivered on 5/14/2020. In the tracking info for (****************** UPS) it says the package weight is 71lbs and that the package was left at Garage. 1) I never received item which was an Amazon Firestick 4K. 2)I do not have a garage as I live in a townhouse complex and there are no garages in the units. 3) I am quite sure the Amazon Firestick 4K weighs less that 1lb but the UPS info says 71lbs. As you can surmise this is a fraudulent attempt to claim a delivery with a random UPS tracking number that matches my zip code and city. I am also quite certain this vendor has done this before as they seem to be quite unreliable. I opened a dispute with Paypal and automatically favored the seller and close the case in their favor. After I got the decision I called Paypal and spoke to a rep. After I explained everything to the rep he reopend the case and gave me a refund. Had I not noticed the weight discrepancy Paypal would have favored the seller as it waould have looked like they delivered the item. The only thing that gave away that they had used a tracking number issued to someone else but with my zipcode was the weight difference. After I found out from ebay this is a common scam.

Order 4 car tires of their website. Used a tracking number from UPS and it said it was delivered. Tracked the package and it said it was a 2.5 lb package delivered. Never received a thing. Opened a dispute against them in Paypal and because the tracking said it was delivered, they sided with the seller.

Order made on 5/27 and paid through Paypal. After various days without receiving confirmation of shipment and trying to follow up with the seller to get an update, but no response was received, I opened a dispute with Paypal. The next day the scammer provided a tracking number from UPS, which based on Paypal's process the seller responded. I waited several days for the order to be delivered and I setup the UPS notification with my cellphone. The day the product was suposed to be delivered I received the notification of delivery, however to my surprise the product was not in my front porch. I called UPS and they said that the product was delivered to xyz address wich of course was not my address. UPS deep dive in the delivery information and confirmed to me that I was not the intented recipient of the delivery for the tracking number and that I was provided with an incorrect tracking number. When I reviewed the proof of delivery information of the product delivered, the weight of the product delivered had 25lbs and I order a video game. Based on other Scam reports I read this is exactly the "modus operandi" of this scamer to deceive people!!

I purchased a game from this people , days later I received an UPS tracking#

From an app that I use to track anything I purchase. When it said it was delivered it was not to me. I contacted UPS and they confirmed it was delivered to another address with another name. This company has never answered my emails. The phone number is a google number , Ups is investigating and I’m dealing with PayPal too. I truly believe this is a scam .

I purchased 4 Amazon Firesticks with Remotes on Bluesianas on May14th and received email that order would be put on hold until funds could be verified. However the money was immediately taken because I used PayPal so I was waiting for shipping and delivery information. After 4 days I did not receive anything so I tried to get in touch with both. Blue Sianas and garciamckinney because this was the company and seller information that I had. I tried to contact both through email and phone and still to this day have not received anything from them. I then contacted PayPal to open a case and to get shipping and delivery information and all of a sudden PayPal gets a tracking number and delivery date to my city and state. So PayPal closed the case but what I wasn’t paying attention to was that the tracking never did show my address because on the day that it was delivered (May 20th) it showed delivered to Newport News Va at 1030 front desk and even gave a name of who signed for it. The problem is that I live in a house and I was at home the entire day and there were no slips saying I missed any deliveries plus the package could have just been left at the front door like any other UPS deliveries. So I contacted PayPal again to tell them that UPS website status showed delivered but I did not receive the package. PayPal still came back after 2 days sided with the seller because the seller sent them something showing that it was delivered. PayPal also said to get something to show that it was not delivered to my address from UPS. After further investigation I have filed a claim with UPS and the proof of delivery shows that the recipient is another person so now I am hoping to get something in writing to send to PayPal to show that it was not delivered to my address. I am also filing a claim through my bank.

Yep got scammed like everyone else. Ordered friday may 15th. I still hadn't recieved a tracking number on tuesday so I tried to call and went to please leave a message instantly. Tried to email and that didn't work. So looked up the location and it's some apartments or duplexs. So around 6am today may 20th I looked at my PayPal and there was tracking info and said it would be delivered today by 9pm. It got delivered but not to my house( my wife was home). The tracking said it was delivered on a dock and someone signed for it. So I called ups and they couldn't tell me where it was delivered to because of company policy. But I have a friend who works there and he was able to tell me the tracking last scanned was to my local home dept. So I leave work and go down there and talk to the manager and she goes back and looks at what ups came in that and guess what? Waste of time it wasn't there. My ups friend looked at my tracking and said. So they put the package on a truck in fl and it drove the whole way to texas. He said there were no scans into any of there hubs or out of any that was the first thing. He also said that he knows the driver that does the routes around my town and he said that he would never able to deliver a package to my house that fast since they do retail and business first which ups usually does deliver around 6pm in my area. So had to make a case with paypal. Can't believe to see how many people so quickly got scammed by this place.

Yeah I was just gonna get just 1 first since I refurbish controllers but my business partner said buy 50. I'm like no I'm not gonna buy that many first off I want to see what they look it. test and inspect one but I went ahead and bought 10. I should have trusted my gut and just bought one. So this is not the best 280 bucks I've spent but could have been much worse

Told us the same thing. UPS said It was delivered to a dock and someone signed for it. UPS wouldn't tell us the address to where it was delivered. The website looks legit, so why would anyone question it? I can not believe they are getting away with this crap! My bank is disputing our charges for 2 fire sticks.

Same as everyone else... ordered 2 items and I got tracking information the day after they were allegedly delivered. The day in question I was home all day (quarantine) and we have a front door camera. NOTHING was delivered. No reply from email and phone number is an internet number through google voice. I submitted a complaint/refund through PayPal

Ordered a xbox controller and it was shipped using an incorrect tracking number via UPS. I had to file a dispute through paypal to get my refund. I also had to show proof that the tracking number wasnt shipped to my house which was nearly impossible. BUYER BEWARE! I suggest everyone report them to the FTC

I think i should have a tracking number by now but i dont. knightslayer was the the person i bought from now blue siana are saying that i didnt have an order from them. this sucks what a freakin rip off. 27.99 was the price but my card was charged 34.00. im getting angrier by the minute because i see these comments of the same [censored] and im begiining to believe they are truly scammer.

Details leading me to conclusion that company is a fraud:

- Company address turns out to be a house in suburban New Jersey
- Every single product page says '14 people are watching'
- PayPal charge was from "knightslater9678777"
- PayPal charge category was listed as "Car Rental" -- order was for a blender
- Language/grammer used in email correspondence was very iffy/weird phrasing
- Never received shipping confirmation or tracking number

Haven't tried calling the number on their website but it's very clear I won't ever receive the package. Luckily, I ordered through PayPal because I was suspicious it was a fraud and decided to take the chance; this way I can file a dispute on the charge and hopefully get my money back without having compromised my credit card information.

Scam involving fake website selling popular products for a large discount. I ordered a Ninja blender almost half off. Paid through PayPal, but the charge was from a seemingly personal account and email correspondence was very fishy. After ordering I noticed all products said "14 people watching," which is part of what made me fall for the scam. Will be reporting to PayPal for refund but filing here so others know to avoid this website.
