Ordered a MTB shock online. Got an email stating it was on order and would ship in 2 weeks. 4 weeks went by with no contract, no phone number listed. Have sent 10 emails asking for status update and finally asking for this order to be cancelled and refunded. Have not got any response. Contacted my bank about chargeback.

Blu Sky Cycling is not a legitimate company, they have a fake online store and scammed me out of my money $147.37, after numerous attempts to call there was no answer, after numerous emails, there was one response saying they would send the items but they was delayed, I waited 2 months and never received my items. I then looked up reviews on google maps and on facebook come to find out they had scammed numerous people. Their business address on google maps is a shut down business with a different name and is a fake address.
