I received an offer of $92,238 for property. The check is supposedly from Dallas, TX (address: 11816 Inwood Rd, Suite 70700, Dallas TX 75244). From gathering information on BlueStone RE, this address is for a building with, at this writing, 791 companies renting office space. I will be reporting to the States Attorney General.

Received a letter by U.S. Postal Service, which was accompanied by a check in the amount of $383,271.00 (CK #050220140502) to purchase farmland. The letter was from a real estate company, BlueStone RE, and signed by Tyler Wagley. The check is supposedly from Dallas, TX (address: 11816 Inwood Rd, Suite 70700, Dallas TX 75244). From gathering information on BlueStone RE, this address is for a building with, at this writing, 791 companies renting office space. The phone number on the letter (217-776-9520) has the area code for Illinois with FRONTIER COMMUNICATIONS OF THE CAROLINAS, INC - IL and is located in Collison, Illinois. We did not contact BlueStone RE and we will not make contact. We are not selling any farmland. From the documentation we have received, in our opinion and the opinion of our attorney, these are scams. We have reported and documented to the State Attorneys General of Illinois, California, and Iowa, and each have done absolutely nothing.
