We bought a European packet which we were getting confirmation for fight and hotels which they offered hospitality, breakfast, transportation, and more. While this seemed ideal due to everything being ready just to going but five days before the trip they called saying that it was basically cancelled. They gave us “an option” of waiting until the next day to see if they could fit us on a different group or they could just refund us. So we told them to refund the money and the additional expenses because they didn’t cover museum and other activities. We fell right into their trap because now they were saying that we are the ones cancelling on them which isn’t the case at all. We had multiple other expenses like things that we had to buy like luggages, clothes, and more. We should have definitely looked up the agency which we need to be less oblivious about because multiple people have gone through the same experience of being robed right in their face. Hope this can help others to not fall into this scam.
