keep calling and emailing them about it. 1 week before the trip (October 26) They cancelled the entire trip and will not refund me my monies back and are trying to rebook me next year and I no longer trust or want to travel with this agency. Now they refuse to answer phone calls and emails and have scammed others on not providing travel or limited on service they provide when traveling out of country. I have made numorous attempts to recover my lost funds and was told I would be receiving a refund form. but no form was ever sent, and no phone calls are being answered. Please investigate this company and numerous complaints on YELP and others have complained about this travel agency.
