I ordered a number of things, half of which were going to be gifts for my graduating sister. I placed my order at this point well over two months ago. The items I ordered were things I was excited to get and the fact that I'm still waiting is quite upsetting and is affecting my choice of buying through online small businesses ever again. When I contacted the seller, she said she was sick so I thought it was understandable, now I am just angry that I have lost $50 worth of items.

I had ordered a crewneck sweatshirt from this online boutique on Tuesday October 10, 2023. After about 2 weeks i contacted the business by using instagram and she told me she would check on my item, then never contacted me again. another 2-3 weeks goes by and i contact her asking about my item again, once again she says she’ll check on it and never gets back to me. I continued this process a couple of time. I then said i still haven’t gotten my item and the money came out of my account immediately. she responded that she couldn’t refund my money bc she didn’t believe i hadn’t gotten my product. After a multiple times of contacting her she eventually stopped answering me.
