I contacted BLXBuds 7 times requesting a refund inside their return requirement. I received emails in response to half of my messages saying they were processing my request. The customer services reps were named Ann, Summer, and Jane. They never sent a return label despite the emails saying they would address my request. Now I am outside the return label and they do not respond to any messages. Here is a sample:

Dear ****:

I want to sincerely apologize for the delay in answering your request, we are trying to resolve all requests as soon as possible.

Due to higher than expected volume, we are experiencing a delay in responding to your ticket.

Please be assured that we will get back to you as soon as possible. Your ticket has been escalated to high priority to ensure it is being handled quickly.

Thanks again for your patience.
