After 2 weeks of no contact, I still did not have an email confirming my order. Thankfully I took a screenshot of my online purchase screen as that was the only record I had of anything. My credit card was immediately charged though. Their phone customer service line only allowed you to leave a voicemail. I received no response to that. I emailed customer service. They claimed they did indeed have a record of my order and were working on fulfilling it. They never provided a confirmation or order number despite multiple attempts to ask for it. I got frequent automated messages from them saying they required additional information to finish processing the order. But when I would reply they claimed they had all the info they needed. After 6 weeks, they finally provided a tracking number. That number only showed the status as "Tracking number created...USPS awaiting package". It stayed that way ever since, 4 weeks ago. I requested multiple times to cancel the order and receive a refund for the purchase they weren't going to send. However, they never responded to those requests. I disputed the charges with my credit card company and they opened a claim. I received a credit from them but they have not received any response to the dispute.
