Ross Mahoney had an Affiliate Marketing Course that was guaranteed to make a minimum of 30k. We were to market businesses he supposedly personally onboarded to the program. Once the program started, the marketing tactics used were unethical and based on misrepresentations/lies, and the companies he claimed he onboarded didn't exist. Once everyone in the program started to voice their concern, he stopped communication and deleted the entire course, and ran with everyone's money. Some paid, 4k, I only paid 2k with the promise of paying the other half once commissions were brought in.
