Same thing. I filled out the form. God i hope they don't steal my identity. Next they wanted to set up a selfie profile but my pic is easy enough to obtain. I wrote him back and said I know there is scam I'm curious to see what I get back.

Same thing experience thru Facebook messenger here's the link I filled out with sensitive information as well. Submitting it tho now I'm just hoping nothing bad will come of it. They told me 30 to 50 dollars an hour that they would provide me with a car and pay me direct deposit or cash. They also said I would be picking up dry cleaning prescriptions stuff like that

Same exact issue
I answered an ad about an errand runner. In return I was sent a firm to fill out listing my SS NUMBER front and back of my license. So I asked for some credibility of the said business. Like a federal tax ID number, or business license, proof of insurance. Just really any documentation to prove it’s a legit business... *Crickets*

When you follow the link it asks for your personal information including your ssn so I messaged him that I have a problem sending my ssn online and said I would require to meet in an office to submit the application. I also asked if he could tell me how to verify his business. Still no reply
