Found a boat I wanted on EBAY. Contacted seller and she said the sale was actually through a consignment/auction company with a money back guaranty. This situation seemed more secure than buying the boat directly from the party. Pro Motors Holdings has a sophisticated website with auction items and collaborative website presence of satisfied customers including automotive bloggers. The companies physical address is 2829 Se 15Th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73129. This address belongs to a real auction house called Coparts and they of course never heard of Pro Motors
