Bobby Wilson is a Maltese breeder on marketplace AKC, seem legit but he is not I suspect he has a puppy mill, puppy’s looked shy and not healthy and different from the pictures the price was half the price of an average cost for this breed. Be very cautious he doesn’t interview potential buyers and he get really offensively angry when you ask questions, without showing you health certificate etc. he gives you a contract for you to sign and a piece of typed paper with 2 vaccinations stickers that is not certificate and states he is the veterinary when you asked for veterinary information but when I asked him for a veterinary license he didn’t have one. As I read the contract there was several things that I didn’t agree and it wasn’t clear enough to me , I than questioned the things that weren’t clear to me in the contract and he got upset when I asked questions. He still wanted me to sign the contract without any other documentation. He didn’t let me take a picture of the contract.
