I had a Susan Taylor contact me first on my cell phone and then on my work phone. She stated she is for the investigation unit of arbitrators concerning a civil case from a Full Beauty account. She further stated that Full Beauty is saying these are fraudulent charges for $245.00 but since she stated they did not believe this was fraud, she told them they can only collect on balance and not any interest so what need to be paid is just $208.00 of the $245.00. She gave me a certification id of *** (this is the last 6 of my SSN) and the firm name Bodman, Czapski and Associates and said this needs to be taken care of today by providing my credit card info to split the payment of $104.00 due by the end of August and another $104.00 due by the end on September. I researched scam 1-800 number online and her phone of 1-855-268-5577 matched other cases where people said they called them with the same claim. I disconnected the call and then she called back trying to verify my employment and then again saying they verified it. She left a voicemail the last 2 times.
