I placed an order for (1) 4 In One,Relieving Pain,3 Speed Setting Body Deep Muscle Massager on 12/23/2019. A confirming email with ORDER #BC1539100 was immediately sent informing me my order was on the way. However, the link they provided to view order status comes up with the following notification .NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID and there is no other way to view status. As of this writing, May 4, 2020 no product has been received.

After numerous ads popping up on Facebook, and reading the reviews. I placed an order for Massage gun on 6th Dec 2019. Received an acknowledgement text straight away saying I would be able to track the order. On 23rd Dec, received a text stating the item had been shipped, tried to track the order using the link provided but that just went back to original order page. Sent them an email on 14th January asking where item was, no response. Sent another email 31st January requesting a refund as I have still not received the item nor have I had a reply to my emails. Clearly a scam, will now try to get a refund via my credit card provider.

Seller's ad popped up frequently on facebook for the Body Calmer's hand-held multi-functional body massager. Clicked on the site, read the reviews, and made the purchase. Received an email immediately confirming the purchase and a message saying that a tracking number will be issued once the order is ready.That was the last I heard from the seller. Total scam. On digging further, found that the company is probably a fake. The billing details on my CC statement reveals a different name ("what's up nails, Nail polishers") for the seller. No phone number listed on the website. Only email address. No response to repeated emails. Waiting for a month and nothing.Filed a dispute with my CC company and they are currently investigating my claim. Further digging on the seller's facebook page reveals multiple buyers have been scammed worldwide so far.
