Inell Wilson DBA Perfect 10 Body Sculpting, refuses to return funds after I informed her, I was no longer interested in attending her training, for a few reasons. She became very anger when I asked for her to Cash App, my funds back. She stated in a threatening way that I owed her $750.00 more dollars. I went by the location at 732 Eden Way N. Suite #M Greenbrier Chesapeake Va. 23320. I tried to reason with her, but her behavior towards me became aggressive and disrespectful. Therefore, I moved forward and filed a small claim in Chesapeake Court. I have appeared in court three times, hoping to bring closure to this matter. She haven't appeared in court at all even knowing of the court dates. One court date she called the Sheriff Office, stating she would be out of town, while yet being in town. She have shown no respect towards the Sheriff Department, The Court System, which the Judges are not sure how to handle her noncompliance with the court order. I was asked by one of the judges to have her served by a process server, which I did. This cost me another $85.00 and it wasn't honor by the Court when I appeared, I'm not sure why.. So I had to have it done again and also I located an address where to send the Debt Warrant to confirm this time she will once again be made known of the next court date Oct, 23, 2024 at 10:00 am. I have reasons to believe this business is being use to deceive and entrap females into Modeling Swimwear after they get involved. The anger towards me because I no longer interested in her training was shocking. Since this have happen I have my owe Share Office Space, I am invested in my owe Body Sculpting Machine. As an Advocate for Senior Citizens, Disable Citizens and Violent Against Women, I'm asking that an Investigation be open to make sure this doesn't continue to happen to other other American Citizens who might not have to knowledge or time to chase behind this game playing hoping they will drop it and go away. Anything you can do to assist the court to help bring closure to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
