I purchased an item through their website and was sent a confirmation email, however no estimated delivery time was provided as promised by their FAQ page. According to their delivery tracking feature, the order remained in "fulfilled" status for weeks without having been shipped. I attempted to reach their customer service via the number listed on their website, but the number that was listed was actually a leasing office in Chicago and had zero affiliation with this online retailer. The email they listed on their website similarly does not exist, and generated "delivery unsuccessful - address not found" messages (email used was [email protected]).
