I ordered a dress from the online company unaware that it was a scammer site. Didn’t receive my items on time. Emailed them and said tracking wasn’t working. They said it would be there and gave me new tracking information. Dress finally arrived that is entirely see through which was not the item description or pictured. I emailed asking for a refund and they said they would only give me 20% back and to keep the item. I said no and to a screen shot of their return policy that states a full refund given.
