I have emailed multiple times and have never received anything on my request in 24 hours, I just sent a chat to you on Thursday, November 30 and gave you the info you requested on December 1, 2023 and your response was my delivery cannot be guaranteed by Christmas, on December 2 you said you would ship the goods asap, on Tuesday, 12/12/2023 I sent another chat on my order and have not received a response as of today 12/23/2023. I checked my credit card and the charge was posted on 11/21/2023. All I want to know is when my order 19121 has been shipped and when it will be delivered. Your website states Fast & Free delivery. What is your definition of fast delivery, it has been 23 days since I placed my order. Please return a response ASAP or give me the information so that I can cancel my order and I will order from somewhere else. Thank you.This message didn't send.
