I ordered an attractive looking walking cane and received an email confirmation of the order. It was at least a month before I received an email telling me that it shipped and it included a tracking number. For weeks it supposedly moved from one point to another, all in China, until it supposedly arrived in the US. It sat in that mode for another week or two until one day it showed as "Out for delivery." It remained in that status for another four days when I checked the tracker again and it showed it was delivered at 9:30 PM the night before. It was not and has not arrived several weeks later. The supposed tracking number was not recognized by any carrier, including USPS. Attempting to contact the company is impossible.
