This store is a complete scam! They claim to be ScamPulse.com A+ accredited. They promise 27*7 support and amazing refund policies but the "support" is incredibly rude and their claims are lies. I expected a fully set up store and they sent me a free wixsite template. I tried to initiate a refund 4 times and they only responded when I threatened to contact my credit card company. They claimed they had asked me to transfer the store ownership back and would file a police report if I didn't do so. They never responded to my requests before that, and most certainly did not explain the process or ask for the store to be transferred back. I have screenshots as proof.
