This website is listed as a company that sells oversized graphic t-shirts. I ordered 2 shirts in the size 2xl according to their measurements listed on the website. When they arrived, they were 2xl, but fit almost 2 sizes too small, and were poor quality. I immediately contacted support to return the items for a full refund, and since then, which was 4 days ago, support has offered to send me replacement items if I pay the shipping fee, when I said no, they offered to refund 10% of my money and they would send replacement items if I pay the shipping, and again, after I said no, they offered to refund 30% of my money and send replacement items if I pay the shipping fee. What they don't tell you, is that they are in China and the shipping fee is over $40. There is also a 30 day time limit upon receipt by the customer for them to receive the returned items in order for it to be honored. They've already wasted 4 days of that time. I chose to pay through Klarna and have payments made every 2 weeks until paid. I have contacted Klarna to initiate the return process, so the remaining payments are on hold until the return is completed, however, if Bold Oversize doesn't complete the return, payments will begin again. I've reached out to Klarna again and am waiting for a response. I need help getting my money back.
