I ordered two planter boxes with trellises that were advertised to be from Costco Wholesale. As I was going through the purchase, I noticed a slight change to the logo but didn’t process it. I became very suspicious when the final confirmation said that a charge would come from a company called “shoecomfyt”. I googled the company Bolleth that I saw appear on the confirmation, and all kinds of scam articles followed. I immediately asked that my order be canceled by the company, and attempted to dispute with my credit card company, but the charge was still pending at that time. Meanwhile, the “company” I purchased from said they needed detailed information of why I wanted to cancel, but then said that they’d already shipped everything out once I provided it. By this time, I was able to dispute with my credit card company, and they finalized the credit to my account. About a week later I was notified by the fraudulent company that they were issuing me a refund, but I have not seen that to date. In a twist that I didn’t realize was related until I did some research, I received two pairs of gardening gloves in the mail yesterday from an individual by the name of Carrie Bonkiewicz, that I didn’t order. A Google search came up with another ScamPulse.com scam hit, so I believe these gloves are related to the planter boxes I ordered.
