I ordered a planter box with an arch from a company that had a Costco logo on it. I received sun glasses instead. The return address was from an Amazon warehouse in Reno NV. The email address is support@hctt-serve. Com. Since I didn't order sunglasses, I looked up the email address online and discovered others had been scammed the same way. I filed a scam report from the credit card company and will get my money back. I took pictures of the packaging, the order confirmation and showed how the email address was linked to other people complaining about them online for being victims of the same scam. I sent this to the credit card company. I hope they are caught and go to jail.

Ordered a planter box, received a cheap pair of sunglasses from a Jack, return address IL. Company charged from Hong Kong. Wrote [email protected] and keep getting the run around from Betty when demanding a refund. First the don't want item back due to customs charges, then they'll give me 10%, now 20% back. Only thing I can do is try to report it to my cc co. I've seen the same planter box on Facebook with a Costco logo too, same price.
