Item was received with a broken critical part with no apparent damage to the shipping box. Company stated they were working quickly to provide a replacement part but has continually dodged contact, faked poor phone reception, hung up on me and another representative of mine, failed to return emails, refused my requests for follow up calls with a supervisor, and repeatedly sent misleading and redirecting emails with multiple generic placating catch phrases like "we're very sorry for your trouble, thank you for your continuing patience, we're elevating your claim to expedited status, etc."

It is clear from the tone of the emails and phone calls that they have no intention of replacing the broken part and have offered things like a discount or a reimbursement if I were to buy a new part to fix the item myself. I don't at all trust that I would be reimbursed.

In addition to these offenses, in retrospect, I believe the entire advertisement and sale of the item to be a scam designed to offload broken or faulty equipment from a more reputable source in order to make money with little overhead.
