I finally received an email from "Allyson" saying my order was shipped, but it was the first order. When I got the package, the majority of what I ordered was missing or not fulfilled correctly. I still was under the impression this was a legit company do wrote to explain and asked to return the items since I had accidently ordered twice. They began to give me the run around, offering miniscule discounts that increased very slightly with each exchange to just keep the items. I declined so the asked me to send photos of the order, which is when I looked closer and realized the socks were not authentic. I noted this and they told me I had to return the items to get a refund, but refused to provide any instructions to do so. I also told them they needed to refund the money for the items that were missing entirely and they refused.
I filed a dispute with my credit card for both chargers and when the company was charged back, they emailed me again saying I need to refund them 50%. Obviously that isn't going to happen.
When I finally connected the dots on the charges, the company is listed is Online General Store based out of Hong Kong.
