Facebook ad. Website that looked exactly like the real bombas website. However the product is fake and the return address said “JANE” with an address in NJ. They real bombas has no record of my order

Advertised as a Black Friday sale on Facebook for Bombas socks - clicked on the link went to a website that looked identical to the real Bombas website. Only after I ordered and never received my delivery did I click on “about us” and learned it’s not what I thought. They write:

We are a professional and reliable online shopping center providing a variety of hot selling products at reasonable prices and shipping them globally. As a global online store,so the prices of our products are set are based on the different quality of our products.
