I clicked on a Bombas ad on Instagram. This took me to a website that looked exactly like the real Bombas website, where I have shopped several times previously. I purchased $115 in socks. I never received an email confirmation. A charge showed up on my account from stampseals.shop for that amount. A couple weeks later I received socks from Jane 371 Little Falls Rd Ste 4, Cedar Grove, NJ. The package was otherwise not labeled/branded. The socks were oddly sized, terrible quality, had some misspelled branding and sizing (Dem instead of Med for size). They were obviously poor quality knock offs and this company/person is a scam.

I saw a 50% off Bombas ad on Facebook and ordered socks. They arrived and a few are stained and none are what we ordered andlook like knock-off socks. The website is https://www.bomnewestsock.com/ and they are clearly pretending to be Bombas socks whose website is https://shop.bombas.com/ I contacted the business several times to get a refund and still have not received one. I am now working with my credit card company to get the money refunded.

I received the ad on Facebook and made a purchase. I fairly quickly realized that it was a fake site and called my bank. The bank closed my account and reissued another card. Today, I received the $87 in fraudulent socks and saw that even after calling my bank, the purchase went through. The socks are clearly counterfeit Bombas. Even with the statement "one pair purchased=one pair donated"
