Purchase made October 2022, through instagram ad. Purchased $170 of Bombas socks. However was sent a bag of other random counterfeit Bombas socks, none in the size or colors that I ordered. Have contacted seller multiple times, for refund and return label, and have not received either. The responses I receive are all trying to convince me to keep the merchandise, to tell me the merchandise is still good, and I could get a 10 or 20% discount if I just keep it. Return address on package is JFK, 14709 182nd St., Jamaica NY 11413. However, the last e-mail I received,

"you can return it to this address Mr Lin +86 150 6952 8047

Wenxian rd #768, Licheng District, Putian City, Fujian province, China, 351100.

but we don't offer return label , you can check how much it will cost . as the item still no bad , can you keep it ?then we apply20% refund as compensation , please consider ."
