I contacted the company after seeing their Refund/Return policy and was given a lot of run around, offering to deduct various percentages if I kept the shoes. I stayed firm in my intent for a full refund. I saved every email. Finally, they sent the address to send the goods back. Of course, I received NO shipping label and was told I needed to be responsible for the return.
I paid $14.10 to the USPS to return them and received tracking info. I informed this company and oddly, they asked for a picture of my tracking receipt so "they could also track on their end". I should have been more suspicious. I checked this morning and the package was refused. I am angry and want others to be warned.
