I was scrolling through instagram and received an ad about a set of bracelets as a valentines gift. For some odd reason whatever comments are there on instagram, when you click to read them they aren’t there and it says for you to start the conversation. I didn’t think too hard on it. I clicked onto the website link to purchase and I made my purchase and received an email telling me that my order was made. The company (bonded hearts) request that you download an app to track your order which I also found weird but I downloaded the app (Shopify) and there was no updated information about the purchase I made. So I email the company (bonded hearts) and I receive no reply. I look into my mobile banking app and I find a number for bonded hearts which I called and found out that the number isn’t even in service! I immediately call my bank and report them. I go onto instagram and see a lot more comments from other accounts of people that are experiencing the same issue I am. Fortunately I was able to look up the zip code that bonded hearts used in California. I am also going to contact instagram as well as Shopify to notify them that lots of people are unfortunately being scammed by this fake company.
