A letter indicating that it was an award notification for winnings of $4.5M was sent to the ScamPulse.com HI office via postal mail. There were lots of stamps on the letter stating "government certified/approved" and stamps with the date. The letter claimed that it was from the desk of the president of Bonoloto 2022 Draw, Mr. Raul Martinez. There was a claim number and batch number, and instructed to contact a claim agent to start the process to claim the winnings. The letter also indicated that there was a 5% fee to be provided to the claim agent and the agent's company "because they are the promotion company", and that the winner is to come to the Madrid office for processing as well. There was also no return address or name listed on the envelope the letter was received in.
